Yevgen Gerasymenko

Yevgen Gerasymenko received his LLM in 1990, PhD in 2000 from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Ukraine. Since 1990, he has been an Assistant and then Associate Professor of the Administrative Law Chair of the Faculty of Law at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv. His fields of expertise include administrative law and procedure, human rights system, including universal instruments, monitoring, reporting, international (including EU) standards of asylum, legal status of refugees, temporary/surrogate protection; public policy making; law drafting; public administration reform and public sector management; capacity building in the public sector.
