The Global Campus of Human Rights is a unique network of one hundred universities around the world seeking to advance human rights and democracy education.
The aim of the GC is to set up of the Global Campus of Master’s Programmes and Diplomas in Human Rights and Democratisation existing in five continents, where EIUC will serve as hub and will undertake the management of six Regional Master’s Programmes.
On the 28th of January 2012 the signature of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) announced the start of the Global Campus: with the support of the European Union, EIUC set up the Global Campus of Master’s Programmes and Diplomas in Human Rights and Democratisation taking place in five continents:
- European Master’s Degree in Human Rights and Democratisation, (E.MA Progrramme)
- the LLM/MPhil (Human Rights & Democratisation in Africa),
- the Master’s in Human Rights and Democratisation in the Asia-Pacific Region,
- the European Regional Master’s Programme in Democracy and Human Rights in South East Europe (ERMA Programme),
- the Master’s in Human Rights and Democratisation in Latin America and the Caribbean,
- the Regional Master’s Programme in Human Rights and Democratization in the Caucasus
- the Arab Master’s Programme in Democracy and Human Rights (ARMA Programme)
